1. Introduction

This Monthly Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between the subscriber (“Member” or “Subscriber”) and Limitless Ideas LLC (“Company”), governing participation in the Monthly Subscription Program for products and services purchased through the Limitless Ideas Online Electronic Store (“Store”). By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Subscription Overview

Subscribers are granted access to purchase and receive Limitless Ideas products, software, courses, and services on a recurring monthly basis. Subscription plans may include benefits such as exclusive discounts, in-store line of credit opportunities, digital product access, and early access to community programs or events.

3. Payment Terms

The monthly subscription fee amount is determined by the plan selected at the time of enrollment. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, electronic payment, or wire transfer. The billing cycle ends on the last day of each month, and all payments are due on the first and tenth day of every month.

If a payment fails, the subscriber must update their payment information immediately to avoid interruption of services. Failure to process a payment after the due date may result in a late fee, suspension of benefits, or account termination. Payments that are not received by the tenth day may also impact the subscriber’s credit reporting status where applicable.

All recurring charges are automatically processed based on the payment method provided at the time of registration. The subscriber authorizes Limitless Ideas LLC to continue automatic monthly billing until the subscription is canceled in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement.

4. Billing Cycle and Renewal

Billing cycles begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month. Subscriptions automatically renew every month unless the subscriber provides written notice of cancellation. Renewal ensures continued access to all program benefits without interruption.

Subscribers who wish to cancel must do so at least five business days before the next billing date. Cancellation requests must be made through the subscriber’s online account or by contacting support@limitlessideas.com. Once canceled, access to benefits and products will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Scope of Service

The Limitless Ideas Online Store provides subscribers with access to digital courses, electronic products, educational materials, consulting resources, and membership programs. Subscribers may also qualify for access to a personal or community line of credit, depending on eligibility.

The subscription covers digital delivery of products and services only. Limitless Ideas LLC reserves the right to modify or enhance the scope of services at any time to improve the customer experience.

6. Customer Obligations

Subscribers agree to maintain accurate account information, including current contact details, billing address, and payment methods. Each subscriber is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and ensuring no unauthorized person accesses their account.

Subscribers agree to use the Store and its services for lawful purposes only and to follow all community, credit, and payment rules established by Limitless Ideas LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of digital content is strictly prohibited.

7. Payment Responsibility and Credit Authorization

The subscriber agrees to make all monthly payments on time and maintain an active payment method on file. In the event of a potential late payment, the subscriber agrees to notify Limitless Ideas LLC before the account becomes delinquent to prevent interruptions or reporting issues.

By accepting this Agreement, the subscriber authorizes Limitless Ideas LLC and its partners to access and verify credit information as part of credit reporting and payment verification processes. This includes the right to review and report payment performance to credit bureaus.

The subscriber further agrees to make a minimum of ten consecutive on-time monthly payments. Consistent, timely payments maintain eligibility for Limitless Ideas credit programs and may contribute positively to the subscriber’s credit history.

8. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. Exceptions may apply in cases of duplicate charges or system errors. Requests for review can be submitted to billing@limitlessideas.com within ten business days of the transaction.

9. Use of Store Credit and In-Store Line of Credit

Subscribers who receive a Limitless Ideas In-Store Line of Credit agree to abide by all related terms and disclosure agreements. Payment history may be reported to credit bureaus, and responsible usage is required to maintain benefits.

10. Termination of Agreement

Limitless Ideas LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend a subscription for violation of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or misuse of Store credit privileges. Any unpaid balances will remain due immediately upon termination.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

Limitless Ideas LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Monthly Subscription Program or the use of its products and services. The total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the subscriber for the preceding month.

The company makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or data accuracy. Subscribers acknowledge that occasional downtime, service interruptions, or updates may occur as part of normal business operations.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of this subscription strictly private. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business records, financial information, account data, and proprietary materials.

Limitless Ideas LLC will take all reasonable steps to protect subscriber data and will not disclose personal or financial information to third parties except as required by law or authorized in writing by the subscriber.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Arbitration Clause

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Fulton County, Georgia, unless otherwise agreed.

Each party shall bear its own costs. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding upon both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action. Prior to arbitration, the parties agree to attempt good faith mediation for at least thirty days to resolve disputes informally.

15. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the subscriber and Limitless Ideas LLC regarding the Monthly Subscription Program and supersedes all prior communications, advertisements, or understandings related to the program.

16. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By subscribing to the Limitless Ideas Monthly Program, the subscriber acknowledges that they have read and agree to all terms of this Agreement and consent to automatic billing for continued participation.

17. Final Acknowledgment Upon Application Submission

By submitting an application, enrollment form, or payment through the Limitless Ideas Online Store, the customer or subscriber acknowledges and agrees to all statements, disclosures, and terms contained within this Agreement. Submission of an application constitutes full acceptance and acknowledgment of the responsibilities, authorizations, and obligations described herein, including payment terms, renewal policies, and credit reporting permissions.

Once the subscriber submits their application, this Agreement becomes legally binding between the subscriber and Limitless Ideas LLC, effective immediately as of the date of submission.
