1. Introduction and Purpose

This Member Disclosure Agreement outlines the terms, responsibilities, and disclosures for participants and members of the Limitless Ideas Online Store Credit Programs, including the In Store Line of Credit Account, Community Line of Credit Account, and all Membership Program Accounts.

By applying for, accepting, or using any credit program, membership account, or community credit benefit offered through Limitless Ideas, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions described in this agreement. This document ensures that all participants understand their rights, obligations, and the credit reporting practices associated with Limitless Ideas programs.

Participation in these programs is voluntary. Once accepted, members agree that their continued use constitutes acknowledgment, understanding, and full acceptance of the terms below.

2. Credit Program Overview

The Limitless Ideas Online Store provides three core credit options designed to help members build, rebuild, or establish a credit history while gaining access to educational tools and products:

In Store Line of Credit Account – A credit line that allows members to make purchases directly through the Limitless Ideas Online Store for eligible products and digital bundles.
Community Line of Credit Account – A program that offers access to credit as part of participation in community events, workshops, or credit building challenges hosted by Limitless Ideas.
Membership Program Accounts – Credit and subscription-based accounts tied to active membership levels such as Fresh Start, ReStart, and Entrepreneur programs, which may include ongoing credit reporting and membership benefits.

All three programs are designed to support members in achieving financial independence through responsible credit use, educational development, and active participation in the Limitless Ideas Community.

3. Disclosure of Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in or using any Limitless Ideas credit program, the participant acknowledges that they:

Have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of use provided by Limitless Ideas Online Store.
Understand that the Line of Credit accounts are issued by Limitless Ideas and are limited to approved digital products, memberships, or services within the LimitlessIdeas.com network.
Acknowledge that on time payments will be reported as positive credit activity and late or missed payments may be reported as negative activity.
Understand that participation in the Line of Credit or membership program may impact their credit standing based on payment behavior.
Agree that all payments, benefits, and purchases are subject to the policies outlined in this agreement and any related supplemental agreements.
Understand that continued participation represents consent to Limitless Ideas’ reporting and account management practices.

4. Payment and Credit Reporting Disclosures

All members agree to make on-time payments for all purchases and membership dues made through Limitless Ideas.

Limitless Ideas reports payment history to one or more credit bureaus or reporting partners.
On time payments help establish positive credit performance and may lead to increased credit limits or membership discounts.
Late or missed payments may negatively impact a member’s credit profile and limit access to future credit or programs.
Members are responsible for managing their account balances and ensuring payments are made through the approved Limitless Ideas portal.

Limitless Ideas does not charge interest or hidden fees. However, late fees or penalties may apply if payments are significantly delayed beyond the grace period stated in the individual program agreement.

5. Membership Program Disclosure

Members enrolled in a Limitless Ideas Membership Program (Fresh Start, ReStart, or Entrepreneur) acknowledge that:

Membership accounts may include recurring billing for continued access to educational tools, credit-building resources, or business development services.
Members are eligible for exclusive discounts on business structure services, credit education programs, and event access.
Membership fees may be paid through the In-Store or Community Line of Credit, provided that the account remains in good standing.
Members understand that continued participation and timely payments are required to maintain access to membership benefits and credit reporting privileges.
Limitless Ideas reserves the right to adjust membership benefits or fees with prior written notice.

6. Community Line of Credit Program Disclosure

Participants who receive credit through community events or initiatives, such as the Community Start Up Challenge, understand that:

The credit provided is part of an educational and economic development program designed to teach responsible credit use.
Community Line of Credit participants may receive waived fees, discounted enrollment, or priority membership benefits.
Program eligibility is based on participation in approved events, verified identity, and completion of community requirements.
Participants must use their credit line for approved educational or digital product purchases within LimitlessIdeas.com.

Limitless Ideas reserves the right to limit, modify, or discontinue community-based credit programs at any time.

7. Disclosure of Risk and Responsibility

Participants understand and agree that:

All credit programs require responsible management and timely payments.
Limitless Ideas is not responsible for any adverse effects on credit history resulting from missed or late payments.
Failure to maintain account activity in good standing may result in suspension, loss of benefits, or closure of the credit account.
Members are encouraged to review their account statements regularly through the online portal.

Limitless Ideas provides customer support for members who experience financial hardship or difficulty maintaining payment schedules. Participants are encouraged to contact community@limitlessideas.com for assistance.

8. Discounts and Rewards

Members in good standing may qualify for:

Credit line increases every three to six months based on positive performance.
Exclusive eligibility for loyalty programs, mentorship courses, or credit-building certifications.

Rewards and benefits are not guaranteed and are subject to review and eligibility verification.

9. Program Updates and Modifications

Limitless Ideas reserves the right to modify these terms, adjust program requirements, or discontinue any credit or membership program with prior notice.

Participants will receive notice through email, their online account dashboard, or official publication on LimitlessIdeas.com. Continued use of the credit or membership account after notification signifies acceptance of any updates or revisions.

10. Member Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing, enrolling, or activating any Limitless Ideas Online Store Credit or Membership Account, the member acknowledges and agrees that they have:

Read and fully understood all terms, disclosures, and responsibilities listed in this agreement.
Consented to Limitless Ideas reporting activity to credit bureaus and using credit performance data for account management purposes.
Agreed to make all payments on time and maintain accurate account information.
Accepted that continued participation indicates agreement with all policies, terms, and disclosures contained herein.
