Dear Customer,

Limitless Ideas is committed to protecting your privacy, data integrity, and consumer rights. As part of that commitment, and in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S. Code § 1681 et seq., we are providing you with this notice to explain how we may use, report, and handle your consumer or business information, and what your rights are under federal law.

The FCRA is a federal law that promotes the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information in the files of consumer reporting agencies. As a client of Limitless Ideas, you may be subject to credit reporting if you have or apply for a tradeline, membership account, business installment account, or any other credit-based service we provide.

Your Rights Under the FCRA

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have the right to:

  1. Be informed when information in your file has been used against you in connection with credit, insurance, employment, or other decisions.

  2. Know what is in your file. You may request and obtain all the information a consumer reporting agency has about you.

  3. Dispute inaccurate or incomplete information. If you identify information that is incomplete or incorrect, you may dispute it and the agency must investigate unless your dispute is frivolous.

  4. Have inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information corrected or removed within a reasonable period, usually 30 days.

  5. Receive notice of results when an investigation is completed.

  6. Limit access to your file. A consumer reporting agency may only provide information to people with a valid need — usually to consider an application with your permission.

  7. Consent to furnish reports for employment purposes. An employer must get your written permission before obtaining your report.

  8. Obtain your credit score (may involve a fee), which is a numerical summary of your creditworthiness.

  9. Seek damages from violators. You may sue in state or federal court if someone violates your rights under the FCRA.

Limitless Ideas Reporting Practices

When you use Limitless Ideas products or services that involve credit-building features, we may report your performance (such as on-time or missed payments) to one or more credit reporting agencies. This applies to:

  • Limitless Membership Accounts

  • Business Tradelines or Credit Accounts

  • Installment or Revolving Business Credit Options

  • ReStart Program Financing Accounts

We report to credit reporting agencies as a tool to help you or your business build positive credit history. We do not report personal data unless the service explicitly involves consumer credit (which will be disclosed at enrollment).

Your Responsibilities

As a Limitless Ideas client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, truthful, and complete application information

  • Maintaining timely payments on any credit-based products or services

  • Notifying us immediately if you believe there is an error in any information we have reported

  • Following proper procedures for disputing any inaccuracies under the FCRA

Disputing Reported Information

If you believe information reported by Limitless Ideas is inaccurate or incomplete, you may submit a written dispute to:

Your written dispute must include:

  1. Your full name and Limitless Ideas account number

  2. A detailed description of the information you believe is inaccurate

  3. A clear statement of why it is incorrect

  4. Any supporting documents that validate your claim

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and investigate your concern, typically within 30 days. If we determine an error was made, we will correct the record with all applicable reporting agencies.

Our Use of Consumer Reports

In some cases, Limitless Ideas may obtain your credit report or other consumer data to evaluate your eligibility for certain services. We will always obtain your written or digital authorization before pulling any consumer report or business credit file. You have the right to decline this authorization, although doing so may limit the services we can provide.
