EQUAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITY ACT (ECOA) NOTICE

Issued by Limitless Ideas LLC
Effective Date: 04/10/2025

Dear Customer,

At Limitless Ideas, we are committed to conducting all credit and financial service practices in a fair, lawful, and non-discriminatory manner. As part of our legal and ethical obligations, and under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), 15 U.S. Code § 1691 et seq., we are providing this notice to inform you of your rights under federal law and to explain how Limitless Ideas upholds those rights in all our credit-based and financial offerings.

Your Rights Under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act

The ECOA is a federal law that makes it unlawful for any creditor—including Limitless Ideas—to discriminate against any applicant in any aspect of a credit transaction based on:

  • Race

  • Color

  • Religion

  • National origin

  • Sex

  • Marital status

  • Age (provided the applicant has the legal capacity to contract)

  • Receipt of income from a public assistance program

  • The good faith exercise of any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act

Limitless Ideas ensures that all decisions regarding membership accounts, installment accounts, revolving business credit accounts, or other credit-related products are made in accordance with lawful standards that are neutral, business-relevant, and applied equally to all applicants.

Our Commitment to Fairness and Transparency

At Limitless Ideas, we review all credit applications, including those for our ReStart Program, Business Tradelines, Installment Accounts, and Membership Credit Services—using consistent and objective business criteria. Every customer is evaluated based on relevant business or financial factors, such as payment history, account status, and the ability to meet program requirements, not on personal characteristics protected under ECOA.

If you are denied credit or an application is not approved on the terms you requested, you have the right to:

  • Be informed of the specific reason(s) for the denial or adverse action, either in writing or upon request, within 60 days.

  • Receive a written notice of your rights and the name and address of the organization that took the adverse action.

  • Dispute any incorrect information used in the decision.

  • Reapply or request reconsideration, if applicable.

Credit decisions made by Limitless Ideas are communicated promptly and include all required disclosures, as set forth by federal law.

Special Notice for Joint Applicants and Business Accounts

When multiple applicants apply together for a joint business membership or account, all applicants will be evaluated fairly and equally, and decisions will be based only on the combined qualifications of the group. Limitless Ideas does not give preference or take adverse action based on who is the primary versus secondary applicant. This applies to both individuals and business entities applying for financing or membership-based credit products.

As a customer of Limitless Ideas, you are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and truthful information in all applications and correspondence
